Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Coco Blanc purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.

Start a Return

Returns

  • Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
  • Shoes are eligible for return only if they are unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product packaging. Returns showing signs of wear or missing or damaged packaging will be refused.

Fees & Deductions

  • A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Shoes have a 5% restocking fee.
  • Orders over $500 are subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be shipped on time to ensure delivery within the return window.
  • We do not accept in-person drop-offs. All returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • If a non-returnable item is sent back, return shipping costs will still apply and the item may be sent back at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
