Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Coco Blanc purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.
Return policy: Customers who selected Redo at checkout receive free return shipping. Refund returns are subject to a restocking fee. Exchanges have free return shipping and no restocking fee.
Returns
- Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are available with NO restocking fee! If you need a different size or color, we'll process your exchange at no additional cost.
- Shoes are eligible for return only if they are unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product packaging. Returns showing signs of wear or missing or damaged packaging will be refused.
Exchanges
We offer FREE exchanges with NO restocking fee! If your item doesn't fit perfectly or isn't the right color for you, we'll happily exchange it at no cost.
Fees & Deductions
- A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Shoes have a 5% restocking fee.
- Orders over $500 are subject to a 6% restocking fee.
Important Notes
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be shipped on time to ensure delivery within the return window.
- We do not accept in-person drop-offs. All returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- If a non-returnable item is sent back, return shipping costs will still apply and the item may be sent back at your expense.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
